At one point I was over 300lbs.
My weight has always been an issue. My health didn’t become an issue until suddenly in 2019, after I had already dropped over 75lbs.
I was still over weight, but I thought I was healthy. Turns out I wasn’t. Being over 40lbs overweight was not healthy and my issues didn’t slowly come on, they came on suddenly. In a flash I was immediately changed, in an instant my life changed.
I went from feeling great to being completely dysfunctional. My life as I knew it had ended.
All I could do was lay on the floor. I was so exhausted and dizzy I couldn’t even watch videos. All I could do was listen. So I started listening to podcasts and youtube videos on health. Trying to figure out what was wrong with me I looked at every symptom, syndrome, and solution I could find.
I now weigh 190lbs.
I knew keto had helped me lose weight in the past, and I knew I felt great on keto. Jan 5th 2020 I started keto. I lost a little weight and only slightly felt better. July 2021 I started carnivore and started walking every day. Finally, I was making some progress.
By April 2022 I was 184lbs and starting to feel better, not great but a lot better. I started going to the gym to lift weights.
I since gained 15lbs in muscle mass and feel so much better.
The carnivore diet fixed so many health issues.
Asthma, life long allergies, high blood pressure, skin tags, vertigo, migraines, sleep apnea, fatigue, all gone.
I felt a calmness that I hadn’t felt ever. My mind was at peace and I wasn’t starving. But my LDL is high. :-p
